How can I register a complaint in Android App?
If your product is under warranty as per the policy, you can always raise a complaint.
Follow the below steps:Step 1:
Open Awok.com App and click on "menu icon" at the left top of the screen.Step 2:
Click on "Track Order" from the list.Step 3:
Click on the "Track Orders" button of that particular order that you want to raise a complaint for.
Step 4: On the order detail screen, scroll down and then click "Add Complaint".
Step 5: On "New Complaint" page tick the "check box" of that particular product that you want to raise a complaint for, and then click "Next".Step 6:
Write the reason in the "Description box" and click "Next".Step 7:
Upload images (if you have) and click "Upload & Next" . You can also click "Skip" if you do not have product images. We strongly recommend you to upload the images (if possible).Step 8:
Fill out the information click "Submit Complaint".
Step 9: Your complaint has been submitted.
