How can I register a complaint in iOS App?
If your product is under warranty as per the policy, you can always raise a complaint.
Follow the below steps:
Step 1:Open Awok.com App and click on "More" at the left bottom of the screen.Step 2:
Click on "Track Order" from the list.Step 3:
Click on the "Track Orders" button of that particular order that you want to raise a complaint for.Step 4:
On the order detail screen, scroll down and then click "Add Complaint".Step 5:
On New Complaint page tick the check box of that particular product that has issue, and then click "Next" .Step 6:
Write the issue in detail in
the "Description" box and click "Next"Step 7:
Click on "Select Image(s) to upload" button to upload images (if you have) and click "Upload & Next".
OR you can also click "Skip" if you do not have product images. We strongly recommend you to upload the images (if possible).Step 8:
Fill out the information, scroll down and click "Submit Complaint".Step 9:
Your complaint has been submitted.
