• How can I cancel my order?

    Please follow the below steps to cancel your order:

    NOTE: If you cancel your order, then you might not be able to get the same item or price in future.


    Step 1: Sign In to your account from the top right corner on the website or click here


    Step 2: After login, go to your profile icon at the top right corner of the website and click "My Orders" or click here


    Step 3: On the "Orders" tab, you will see all of your orders. Click "Track Order" on that particular order that you want to cancel.



    Step 4: On Details page, click "Cancel Order" button.


    Step 5: On the next pop-up screen, select the "Cancellation Reason" from the drop down list and describe it further in the below "box" to help us improve our service. Now click "Cancel Order" button.



    Step 6: Your order has been cancelled now.

    Are there any cancellation charges?

    There are no cancellation charges. If you made the payment online, your amount will automatically be credited to your account in 7 working days.

    Why was my order cancelled?

    Order can be cancelled because any of the following reasons:

    • Upon no response to calls from contact center or driver
    Solution: You can place the order again with your updated phone number. Please note that the availability and price of the item might vary when you place the order again.

    • When online payment verification fails:A small percentage of online paid orders need additional verification for the gateway to validate payment. Awok.com will send an email to your registered mailbox in case your order payment needs additional verification.
    In case, the payment validation is not completed within 6 days or if the validation fails due to incorrect/incomplete documents your payment will be voided and sent back to the card that you paid through.

    Solution: You may contact your bank to follow up on the payment reversal & can place order again from the website. Please note that the availability and price of the item might vary when you place the order again.

    How to order again my cancelled order?

    In case your order is canceled, you may re-order from our website.

    NOTE: Order will be placed as per real-time availability & prices


    Please follow the below steps:

    Step 1: Sign In to your account from the top right corner on the website or click here

    Step 2: After login, go to your profile icon at the top right corner of the website and click "My Orders" or click here


    Step 3: On the Orders tab, you will see all of your orders. Click "Order Again" button to re-order that particular canceled order.



    Step 4: You can review your previous order, you can change payment method, or can also edit the order by clicking on the "Edit Cart" button at the top right corner of the page. Click on "Place Order" button to place the order again.


    Step 5: You are done!



    Your order has been placed again.
