• I have not got my order delivered yet, what should I do?

    The standard delivery time of the order is 4 to 7 working days depending on your location.

    You can use any of the following options to check the status of your order:

    What is the standard delivery time?

    UAE Users:

    The standard delivery time in UAE is usually between 4 to 6 working days from the time of placing the order. How ever, it can take more time depending on the following factors:

    • Order confirmation by the customer
    • Availability of the product in stock
    • Your delivery location
    • Delay in verification (Eg, Credit Card, Address and etc) by the customer


    Outside UAE Users:The average delivery time for orders to be delivered in KSA is 7 to 10 working days from the time of placing the order. For orders to be delivered outside the UAE & KSA the average delivery time is 10-45 working days from the time of placing the order. How ever, it can take more time depending on the following factors:

    • Your delivery location (country/city)
    • Custom clearance in your country
    • Order confirmation by the customer
    • Availability of the product in stock
    • Delay in verification (Eg, Credit Card, Address and etc) by the customer


    NOTE: For outside UAE orders, please refer your order confirmation email to get details about the estimated delivery time.


    Are there any delivery charges?

    UAE Users:

    Our delivery charges might range between 9 AED to 39 AED depending on your location.

    Outside UAE Users:

    Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package. Please check the estimated delivery charges at the time of placing order.

    NOTE:Custom & Taxes imposed by the government during clearance need to be paid separately (if applicable)

    Does AWOK deliver to any location in UAE?

    Yes, we deliver to every location in UAE.


    Do I need to show any ID to receive the order?

    It depends on the selected payment method.

    Scenario 1: Payment Method: Online (Eg, Credit Card)

    Yes. You will need to show any government issued id by your respective country

    Scenario 2: Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (CoD)

    No. You are not required to show any ID.

    Can I change the address of the delivery?

    No you can not change the address of the delivery after placing the order.

    Our delivery team only uses registered information in your profile (eg; name, address, phone number). So we strongly recommend you to update accurate information during placing the order to avoid any delay in the delivery process.

    Can I get the order in specific timings?

    Unfortunately, our delivery process is standard and delivery timing depends on the route of the driver. How ever, you can coordinate with the delivery representative, and they may consider it on case to case basis.

    How can I delay or prioritize my order?

    At Awok.com we give equal priority to each order and we try to deliver all orders at the earliest.

    Unfortunately, you may not be able to delay your order since most products have limited stocks at the given price and are subject to price change if not processed within a stipulated time.

    Does Awok deliver outside UAE?

    Yes, we are delivering globally now.

    Can I give additional number to call for the delivery?

    Yes you can give an alternate number while placing the order.

    Step 1: On the SECURE CHECKOUT page, click on the Edit button at the right bottom side on the Delivery Address box.


    Step 2: Provide the additional number in Phone Mobile (Additional) field and click CONTINUE


    You have successfully added an alternate number. You can now continue with you order.
